So start with your side pony tail.

Do twist braids all around. To do a TWIST braid: Grab the section that you want included in the twist. Split it in half & twist each half (like in picture). I twist the right piece to the right & the left piece to the left.

Start wrapping around each other. You need to keep twisting each piece as you wrap around the hair though. This is what keeps the hair twisted.

There you go. I can never get a perfectly smooth pony. So after it's pulled up - spray it a little with hair spray & smooth it out with a comb. Works every time!!
